Key Responsibilities include:

  • Training new team members
  • Continual leadership and development of current team members
  • Ordering and stock control
  • Cost control
  • Implementing and adhering to proven day to day operating systems
  • Covering when staff are unavailable
  • Lead by example

Summary of core tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensure opening procedures are completed according to daily routine checklist when called upon to do so
  • Great and Serve customers with enthusiasm and a lively attitude by adhering to the Pita Pit customer service philosophy
  • Rotate and restock product according to the daily routine checklist
  • Clean areas according to the daily routine checklist and strive to maintain an excellent standard according to the Pita Pit Evaluation system
  • Prepare food to maintain par levels according to the daily preparation list
  • Ensure closing procedures are completed according to daily routine checklist when called upon to do so
  • Follow all other necessary steps to ensure the daily routine checklist is completed
  • Lead staff with a positive attitude and ensure all tasks are completed
